Incident Intelligence Platform

The incident intelligence platform for SRE teams.

Correlation engine, RCA ranking, and on-call copilot, built for the moment an alert fires. Three capabilities that work together on the telemetry you already run. No new agents, no APM replacement, no lock-in.

Correlates across 5 or more telemetry sources in under 30 seconds.

When an alert fires, Devtract opens a correlation window across every connected telemetry source simultaneously. Logs, metrics, deploy events, and k8s events are scanned and overlapping anomaly windows are identified before your on-call finishes reading the notification.

  • Reads from Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch in parallel
  • Correlates deploy timestamps from GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Argo CD
  • Statistical overlap detection, not keyword matching
  • Sub-30 second window open from alert trigger

Hypotheses with evidence, not a list of events.

Devtract's statistical model evaluates every overlapping signal against historical baselines and recent changes. The result is a ranked list of probable root causes, each with a confidence percentage and the specific evidence chain that drove the score.

  • Confidence scores reflect actual statistical weight
  • Evidence chain shows exactly which signals drove each hypothesis
  • Recommended action attached to top hypothesis (e.g., rollback)
  • Honest about uncertainty, never inflates confidence

Natural-language Q&A against your live incident data.

Mid-incident, the last thing you need is to switch between five dashboards trying to answer a simple question. The on-call copilot answers natural-language questions about your stack, scoped to the active incident window, drawing facts from your actual telemetry.

  • Ask about any service involved in the active incident
  • Answers grounded in your telemetry, not generic knowledge
  • Incident context auto-scoped: no need to specify time ranges
  • Also available during postmortem review

What changed in auth-service in the last 30 minutes?
03:23 UTC
auth-service v2.4.1 deployed at 03:22 UTC. Memory allocation increased ~180MB. OOM events in k8s at 03:22:41 UTC, 41s after rollout.
03:23 UTC
Should I rollback?
RCA #1 confidence 91% points to v2.4.1 as root cause. Prior version v2.3.9 was stable for 14 days. Rollback recommended.

Reads from your existing stack. Does not replace it.

Connect via read-only API keys. Devtract reads your telemetry; it does not write to your systems, install agents, or require you to change your observability stack. PagerDuty, Datadog, Prometheus, and the rest remain your primary tools.

10-minute setup. Read-only API access. No agents, no data pipelines.

Read-only access. Your telemetry stays yours.

Devtract reads from your telemetry APIs and does not store raw log data beyond what the incident context window requires. We do not resell or share your operational data.

Read-Only API Access

Devtract connects to your telemetry systems with read-only API tokens. We never request write permissions and cannot modify your infrastructure or data. Scope is limited to the metrics, logs, and event namespaces you explicitly connect.

Encryption in Transit and at Rest

All communication between Devtract and your telemetry providers uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored incident correlation data is encrypted at rest with AES-256. Incident history is deleted on schedule per your tier's retention window.

Designed with SOC 2 Controls

Devtract's infrastructure and access policies are designed with SOC 2 Type II security controls in mind: least-privilege access, audit logging, and separation of duties. Security questions? Reach us at [email protected].

See it working on your own incidents.

Connect your Datadog or Prometheus account in under 10 minutes. No credit card. No agents. No sales call. If you have questions about your specific stack first, email [email protected].
